9. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting into the La Sirena Tequila mobile messaging program (the “Program”), you agree to the following additional terms:
Program Description & Use Case: You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from La Sirena Tequila. These messages may include brand updates, event invitations, marketing promotions, and automated customer support. Message frequency varies.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.
Age Restriction: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to participate in our Program or use our Service. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
